Rules & Regulations

• Only registered guests can occupy their campsite and only one RV is allowed per campsite.
• Speed Limit is 5 MPH. Please watch closely as we have many children playing in our campground and we want everyone to have a safe environment while they stay at Bay Palms RV Resort. 
• Children must be supervised always and must be accompanied by a PARENT/GUARDIAN, who are under 12 while at the pool. Bay Palms RV Resort does not provide lifeguards so swim at your own risk. Children must also be supervised while using our facilities. If found unsupervised the PARENTS/GUARDIANS may be subjected to a fine or the cost of any damage that they may cause.
• Keep your campsite clear of all trash, cigarette butts, bottles, cans, etc. It is YOUR responsibility to keep your site looking neat and tidy always.
• All pets must be kept on a leash and must be picked up after. Please use the correct bag to rid of their messes.
• Trash must be put in the dumpsters located at the front of the park.
• Please shut off lights at the Pavilion or Bath House when not in use. We want to conserve as much energy as possible.
• ALL fire pits must be in their own containers. For absolutely NO reason can there be an uncontained fire. Do not burn leaves or trash.
• All golf carts must be registered with the office and must have working lights. All golf cart drivers must be at least “16” years old. Electric golf carts do have a $25.00 per month fee.
• No auto repairs are allowed unless first cleared by the office.
• The following are not allowed at your campsite: Window air conditioners, refrigerators or other major appliances, outside structures/sheds, no tents and no clotheslines or clothes racks of any kind!
• All vehicles must be registered with the office and must be parked within your campsite. Any vehicles over (2) will have to park with the storage boats, trailers, etc.
• Visitors/Guests: There is only 4 people allowed per camp site. Any person(s) over 4 will be charged a guest fee of $10.00 per person, per day. All guests must sign in with the office and will receive a registered armband.
• Camping fees must be paid on the due date, if not, there will be a $50.00 late fee.
• In the event of cancellations we DO NOT refund deposits we only hold it as a credit for your next stay. HOWEVER, if you cancel during a holiday you will still be charged for the full amount. If you cancel you must cancel 48 hours PRIOR to your arrival date to avoid being charged.
